Evil altar is a place where evil beings gather together for prayer and worship of Satan. From there they decide the kind of havoc to carry out against mankind or his property. They can invite the spirit of somebody to this altar. Evil spirits receive power from Satan from evil altar. Some evil people attend meetings also with evil spirits on this altar.

Christ has made an everlasting altar with his blood for us

Hebrews 9:11-15

But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building, neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
